I'm going to replace all the capacitors in my GE A3-5825B,
would there be anybody out there, who has a list i could use.

If the radio is a keeper and since you are changing out the caps it probably is, your best bet would be to get a Sam's Photofact CB series #155. If I remember it is a dual board design, was one of the best SSB mobiles of it's day. The Sam's all the info you need including tuneup and alignment instructions. I buy one for all the radios I plan to keep.
