Re: galaxy saturn
Hi CanadaGuy,
The Galaxy Tubo and the Saturn are converted the same way. Why would you want to remove the 11 meters from the radio? It has no effect on the radio's performance on 10 meters. In fact, if it is restored, the 10 meter frequencies will not be in order The radio is not Type-Accepted for 10 or 11 meters anyway.
No self respecting Ham would use a Galaxy export for 10 meters.
Just my humble 2 cents, respectfully.

Re: galaxy saturn
on my radio it only goes to 25-28.315 mhz if i kinow how to convert it back i could put a switch in line so it could do the full ten meter band as well as a 11 meters. and whats wrong with talking on a export radio on 10 meters. Ihave a yaesu i can use and i do hear a lot of people using rci 2950s and 70s on 10 meters.
