HELP!
Desperately…. I need the schematic! It seems impossible to find it on line. Does somebody have it?

My little radio has a problem in the 1st rx stage with the strongest signals.

HELP

Greetings 1vp001,
Welcome back to the forum. You are right about info, that radio was short lived on the export market. The radio is very much like the Magnum Mini. Try CB Tricks for a schematic on the "mini" radio and compare the circuitry.

I think they are pretty close and use the same PLL chip (LC7120).

The only difference i see is the band switch where Magnum is a push button. Since I don't have a Tristar to compare the circuitry too, it is the best I can do. Lookup the chip and see if any other radio using it fits the Tristar.
There is a "Owner's Manual" listed on eBay,

but I don't think it contains a schematic and at that price it would be worth getting another radio. I believe there is a free copy on CB Tricks.
